Yet another long hiatus from previous post :/ gotten a little lazy, nothing much to complain, nothing to emo about.. lol! Kidding!! ;)

So.. I just got back from Taipei (and all those posts about Tokyo are still in draft lol), and something just hit me; it seems that there's a similarity in places I love:- the people. Taipei & Tokyo specifically, from the Asian countries, because I haven't been to any "angmoh" countries so I'm not a good judge.. They're really polite and courteous, at least the majority of them.. You can just chat up any of them, or they will start talking to you. Everyone is so friendly, and the environment is just so welcoming and all the positive vibes in the air. A little girl can just talk to me and told me to "jiayou" while I was trying to catch giraffes at the arcade (ikr lol), I can also talk to the aunties selling fruits at their stalls..

I guess it really matters with whom you're working with in future, not just all about "I'm doing what I love".. A little confession here, I used to not be bothered when I skip classes (oopss I didn't just say that hahah :/), but this time round, I was a little sad that I was going to miss a week of classes.. now that the acad year is halfway through, I better treasure time spent with my dear classmates!! That's about it I guess, till then! XD xoxo

Alright.. so today is the last day of holidays because my school official starts tomorrow! Since the start of holiday, I made this little "checklist" of what I intend to complete by the end of it. So, must I be proud to say I completed at least half, with somemore on going? ;) (I never make new year resolutions because I know I never keep to it lol)

So besides the checklist, I've been meeting all my friends! It's like a cycle.. schedule schedule schedule, meet, repeat all over again. Totally reminded me of this word-post about friends few posts back. So I'm glad I met up for quite a few times with all of them this holiday.

Recently I had this bit of "realisation" - it's those who were there in the process, not those who were at the end who matters. Even though you may be a good friend of mine, too late of an "appearance" for too many occasions will make me question our "status quo".. Even though there weren't very very major changes (e.g. migrating) in my life these few months, there were still quite a bit of significant changes..

School starting tomorrow doesn't mean that I have to stop all the fun, it just meant I have to further improve my time management to juggle between everything & to strike a perfect balance. Keeping that in mind, because too extreme of anything will have an opposite adverse effect. So dear friends, if I'm going too far out for anything, please catch me back!

Looking forward to bump into many many old friends in school this year. People whom you go to school with matter a lot too eyy? Heh ;)

Last but not least I hope #project2014 will materialise :D

Do you believe it when they say, a picture tells a thousand words? Yep, I certainly do. Not only that, I feel that you're able to tell how close people are just by looking at a group photo. In some group photos, there's those awkwardness - cliques evident in the big group etc. This actually stroke me when I was looking at our group photos (class, or girls), since very long ago. Not all of us are very close, yes, we tend to be closer to certain few people and less to the others, but heyy, equal spaces in between people here! (V) This is why I love my class the most. Aww ♥

Okayy I had to blog about this because.. I did something so courageous today! (But I bet everyone will just mehh~ after hearing what I did) But it was kinda nerve wrecking. Imagine having me throw away my ultra egoistic self to actually take the first step? That's totally a first. And being an economics student, we play "games" which we have an upper hand or at least a safe bet. Honestly I think the chances of this succeeding is 0.01% (yes, not even 1% lol) so it was kinda a lose-for-sure situation.. But for once I decided, & managed to go hearts over heads. (V) so proud of myself *pats on my own back* No regrets, maybe I should do more of these (throw away ego) stuff, but of course, selectively! HEE :D
